1. What this is

jobs.onlyai.ch (the "Service") is a daily career-search agent for senior professionals in Switzerland. Every morning the agent fetches new job postings from a curated list of sources, scores each against your profile, and emails you a ranked digest with one-click options to mark each as Applied or Not interested. For jobs you ask to improve, it generates a tailored CV and cover letter in your own typography.

The Service is operated by onlyAI.ch from Zürich, Switzerland ("we", "us").

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and acting on your own behalf (not on behalf of a recruiting agency or as an automated scraper). By using the Service you confirm both.

3. Your account

• One account per person. Don't share your sign-in with anyone else.
• Keep the email address you sign in with under your control. If someone else has access to it, they have access to your jobs.onlyai.ch account.
• Provide accurate information — the agent's output is only as good as the profile you give it.
• You can close your account at any time via Settings → Delete account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the app outside the features we provide.
• Resell, sublicense, or rebrand the Service or any output generated for you. The tailored CVs are yours to use in your own applications — they're not for redistribution.
• Use the Service to mislead employers — e.g. submitting a CV tailored against a job description you have no intention of applying to, or impersonating someone else.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, prompts, or model weights from the Service.
• Probe, test, or attempt to bypass our security controls beyond legitimate use of the Service.
• Upload content you don't own or have permission to use.

5. Beta and pricing

The Service is currently in invitation-only beta. While in beta:

• Access is free of charge.
• Features may change, break, or disappear with little notice. We'll try to email you about big changes.
• Daily-digest delivery is best-effort. If one morning's run fails for any reason (your sources changed, an upstream API went down, our server hiccupped) the next day's run will carry forward.

When the beta ends, we plan to introduce a paid plan at CHF 49/month. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before charging anything, and you can cancel before then with no obligation.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to your CV, reference letters, knowledge files, profile data, and the tailored documents the Service generates for you. We don't claim ownership over any of it.

You grant us a limited licence to process that content for the sole purpose of operating the Service — which means: sending it to the LLM to score and tailor, storing it on our server, rendering it back to you in the dashboard and email. See Privacy for the specifics.

7. Our content

The app, its source code, prompts, the curated source list, and the agent design are ours. The brand jobs.onlyai.ch / onlyAI.ch is ours. Nothing in these terms transfers that to you.

8. The agent's recommendations aren't guaranteed

The Service is a tool. It surfaces matches, scores them, and drafts tailored documents. It does NOT:

• Guarantee that a posting is real, current, accurate, or open to applicants. We pull from public job boards and ATS feeds — if a source serves stale data, the Service surfaces it.
• Guarantee that any recommendation will lead to an interview or an offer. Final decisions are between you and the employer.
• Replace your judgement. Read the tailored CV before sending it. Read the job description. We're an assistant, not a recruiter.
• Provide legal, financial, immigration, or career-counselling advice. If a posting raises any of those questions, talk to a qualified human professional.

9. Service availability

We try to keep the Service up. We don't guarantee any specific uptime. Planned maintenance and unplanned outages will happen. The 07:00 Europe/Zurich daily run typically lands by 07:30 — if it's significantly delayed we'll mention it in the next digest.

10. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, we disclaim all such warranties.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, our total aggregate liability to you arising from or relating to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) CHF 100 and (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost wages, missed opportunities, or reputational harm.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Swiss mandatory law (e.g. for gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part).

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms — we'll let you know by email if practical, and we'll always honour your right to download or delete your data.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when we add features, change infrastructure, or to reflect legal changes. Material changes get an email to your registered address at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-laws provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is Zürich, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
